You may drop the bar after your sets of 15, 12 and of course 9. Rest As Much As Needed Between Sets

You may rest the bar anywhere on your body during your sets (Front Rack, Back, Hip Pocket)
There is no resting or re-gripping on the floor during your sets. As soon as the weight hits it should go right back up.
Failure to do this or dropping the bar will result in 10 Burpees per drop to be done on the spot.
