Box Jumps (30/24)
KB Swings (55/35)
Split the reps anyway. One person working at a time.
Rest 5 Minutes, THEN
5 minutes for both athletes to establish a max Clean. Score is the total of both athletes Clean.

Push Press (75/55)
SDHP (75/55)
Row (Max Calories)
3 Rounds, with one min rest between rounds.
TRAVEL WOD:
Same Format As Above but solo with:
Sit-Ups
Air Squats
Push-Ups
Jumping Jacks
Burpees
3 Rounds, 1 minute at each station, 1 minute rest after each round
